Tender Description
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of repair services for chiller control cards at the PNSC Building located in Karachi. This tender, referenced as P82153, is open for the financial year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Items being procured:
- Repairing of CPU Card of Chiller Control (3 units)
- Repairing of Mother Board of Chiller Control (1 unit)
- Repairing of Display Card for Chiller Control (3 units)
The scope includes repairing the central processing unit cards, motherboards, and organic light emitting display cards for the chiller control system. The work is to be carried out at the Maintenance & Project / Technical Department, 12th Floor, PNSC Building, Karachi, with a delivery schedule of 30 days for all items.
Eligible bidders must comply with the eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required as specified in the bidding documents. The bids must be prepared in English and submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM.
