D-1 at Okara Cantt (Approx Cost Rs 10 Million) - Construction of RCC Dunnage for stacking at Okara Cantt (Approx Cost Rs 10 Million) - Upgrade/modification of 1 x Igloo (External water supply & epoxy flooring) at Okara Cantt (Approx Cost Rs 10 Million) - Miscellaneous Repair, Replacement, Maintenance, Upgrade, Renovation Works, Roof Treatment, Insulation in Area of Responsibility (AOR) of CMES (Army) Okara (Approx Cost Rs 50 Million) - Construction, Reconstruction, Restoration, Retrofitting of buildings, Major/Specific Projects, Abnormal Repairs Works Offices, JCOs & Soldiers mess/dining single accommodation (Residential/Non-Residential) in AOR of CMES (Army) Okara (Approx Cost Rs 50 Million) - Provision, Repair, Maintenance, Replacement, upgradation works of external water, electricity, Sui gas supply, filter plants, transformers, roads & sewerage in AOR of CMES (Army) Okara (Approx Cost Rs 50 Million) - Appointment of Government Auctioneer for the AOR of CMES (Army) Okara (No cost specified) The scope includes extensive civil works, repair and maintenance of residential and office buildings, utility services including water, electricity, gas, and infrastructure such as roads and sewerage systems within the Okara Cantt area.
