Repair and Construction Works under Commander MES Lahore Cantt

The Military Engineer Services office of Commander MES (Army) Lahore Cantt is inviting sealed tenders for a variety of repair and construction works under CMES (A) Lahore Area of Responsibility (AOR). The site location is Lahore Cantt, and the works are under the jurisdiction of CMES (A) Lahore AOR. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and to hold an approved MES category B, C, or D or above. Firms must have relevant experience in similar works and be registered with FBR and ATL. Contractors must also provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-Cs Branch GHQ).
