The works are to be executed under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (G.O.B) amended up to date. Bidders must have assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 500,000 in the last three years and active taxpayer status. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council C-6 is mandatory. Earnest Money of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required.
