Repair of Hardware for Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi Financial Year 2026-2027

The Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi invites qualified bidders for the repair of hardware items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the repair and maintenance of various branded hardware equipment used by the department located in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Printers (all branded) - CPUs (all branded) - Monitors (all branded) - Keyboards (all branded) - Laptops (all branded) - Scanners (all branded) - Multimedia and Multimedia Screen - Any other hardware items not mentioned above The scope of work includes repairing and replacing defective or damaged hardware components. The repair work must be completed by 30-06-2027 and should be carried out promptly, including at odd hours if required. Bidders must have their own office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate sufficient experience in hardware repair services. They must also have a bank account and vendor number allotted by AGPR. Eligibility criteria include submission of company profile, income tax and sales tax returns for the last two years, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN and sales tax registration with ATL status, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and relevant work orders or experience certificates from the last three years. Any use of substandard or defective items will result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. Bids should be submitted before the deadline of 23:59:59 on the closing date. The Departmental Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules.
