Repair of Machinery, Furniture, Hardware and IT Equipment 2026-27

The Petroleum Division (Ministry of Energy – Petroleum Division) invites reputable companies and vendors with duly established workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to prequalify for the repair and maintenance of machinery, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Repair of Hardware - Repair of IT Equipment The scope includes repair and maintenance services with availability of spare parts and technical expertise at workshops located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The successful firms will be required to provide prompt repair services even during odd hours and public holidays, with warranty coverage on replaced items. In case of recurring faults within the warranty period, faulty parts must be replaced free of charge. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Sales Tax Department, NTN/General Sales Tax Numbers issued by Income Tax/Sales Departments, and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must submit last three years bank statements, annual tax returns, bank account maintenance certificates, and workshop contact details. Earnest money of Rs.90,000/- in the form of a pay order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO), Petroleum Division, Islamabad, is required and will be converted to security deposit for successful bidders. Tender documents can be obtained from EPADS and PPRA websites upon payment of a non-refundable Rs.1000 document fee. The deadline for submission is **October 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM** via EPADS electronic portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM. E-tenders without bid security will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage. A practical tip for bidders: ensure complete and accurate documentation including affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- confirming no litigation or blacklisting, and timely registration on EPADS to avoid disqualification. This framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the award date, allowing call-off contracts for repair services as needed.
