Procurement of Office Furniture for PIAHCL Corporate Office at 7th Floor, Annex Building, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad

The PIA Holding Company Limited (PIA Holding Company Limited) invites sealed bids for the procurement of office furniture for its corporate office located at the 7th Floor, Annex Building, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include a comprehensive range of office furniture such as executive office desks, side racks, credenzas, centre and side tables, sofas, visitor chairs, high-back chairs, coat hangers, managerial desks and chairs, modular workstations, waiting-area furniture, conference tables and chairs, and dining furniture. All items are customizable and must meet the specifications and quality standards set by PIAHCL, with brands including Spirit Furniture, Master Offisys, Interwood, Mirari Heirloom Furniture, or approved equivalents. The scope covers design development, customization, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support. The furniture must be delivered and installed at the specified Islamabad location, with protection of existing building elements during installation. The supplier must provide warranty and replace any defective items at no extra cost. Detailed shop drawings, samples, and prototypes must be submitted for approval before bulk production. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration (Category C-6 or above), FBR registration, ATL status, and experience with at least three similar contracts of PKR 5 million or more in the last five years. Bid security of PKR 141,184 and tender fee of PKR 15,000 in the form of Pay Orders in favor of PIA Holding Company Limited are mandatory.
