Repair and Maintenance of 135 Kva Diesel Generator Set and Supply of ATS/MOR Systems

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Malir Karachi is procuring repair and maintenance services for a 135 Kva Diesel Generator Set including diesel engine overhauling at the CB Office and supply and fixing of ATS/MOR systems for the 135 Kva generator at the CB Rest House. This tender is specifically for suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, OEMs, and authorized dealers who can provide original equipment and authorized services. The technical scope includes overhauling the diesel engine, repairing and supplying parts such as ring sets for pistons, valve inlet and exhaust, valve guides, valve seals, head gas kit assembly, turbo charger service kit, water body service kit, Exide battery, fan belts, fuel pump service kit, fuel injector nozzle, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, coolant water for radiator, and mechanical engine overhauling including lathe machine work and head lab testing with chemical pressure wash and polishing. The work will be carried out at the CB Office and CB Rest House in Malir Cantonment Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List, have valid registration certificates, and demonstrate experience with similar services over the last three years supported by documentary evidence. Firms should have tangible assets or leased equipment and must submit a bid security of 5% of the bid price. The tender form is available for Rs. 1000 from the Cantonment Board Malir office.
