Repair and Maintenance of AC & RW / Rect Cell Services

The Anti Narcotics Force, Head Quarter (Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan (ANF)) in Rawalpindi is inviting bids for the repair and maintenance of AC & RW / Rect Cell. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Hinge tightening, frame realignment, latch adjustment, door closer speed balancing (7 units) - Cylinder cleaning, mechanical jam removal, key realignment, lock plate servicing (7 units) - Wire re-punching (IDC), cable re-crimping, rack re-dressing, port labeling, line testing and commissioning (2 jobs) - Roller cleaning/reconditioning, optical cleaning, sensor calibration, jam clearance, diagnostic run (3 units) The scope includes door repair, lock maintenance, CAT 6 network servicing of Rec Cell and Rec Cell LAB, and repair and maintenance of high-speed scanners. Technical specifications require use of screws, fasteners, industrial lubricants, internal springs, lock oil/graphite, cable ties, RJ45 crimp heads, roller cleaning solutions, and calibration targets. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with eligibility criteria including NADRA citizenship, FBR NTN and GSTN registration, and non-blacklisting. A bid security of PKR 20,000 in the form of Pay Order is required. The contract duration is short term with delivery schedules of 10 days per lot. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 10:30 AM.
