Tender Description
The National Archives of Pakistan (NAP) is procuring comprehensive repair and maintenance services for its buildings located in Islamabad and Karachi. This procurement covers a wide range of works including civil repairs, roof treatment to prevent water seepage, garden maintenance, electrical repairs, and IT infrastructure upgrades. The scope includes renovation of lawns, repair of pavements, installation of fiber glass canopies, fountain repairs, waterproofing of repository premises, and extensive data networking and CCTV system repairs.
The technical scope involves detailed civil works such as dismantling and laying tiles, cement plastering, brickwork, granite tile installation, mosaic flooring, and steel fabrication. Electrical works include repairing electric boards, supplying cables, and street lighting installation.
