Repair and Maintenance of Asphaltic Road at NIAB Faisalabad

The National Institute for Agricultural Biotechnology (NIAB) Faisalabad is inviting sealed tenders from reputable firms and contractors with active GST/NTN registrations, having their own offices and telephone numbers, for the repair and maintenance of an asphaltic road at NIAB Faisalabad. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving road repair and maintenance. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of asphaltic road at NIAB Faisalabad The scope includes all necessary materials and workmanship to restore and maintain the asphaltic road surface to a good condition. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours from 0900 to 1500 hrs Monday to Friday from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents will close one day prior to the tender opening date. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of a CDR in favor of the Principal Accounts Officer NIAB. The bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender, clearly mentioning the tender number on the envelope. Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted, both sealed, pre-signed, and stamped with the name of the work clearly mentioned. Rates should be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, the words will prevail. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance. Incomplete proposals or bids will be treated as non-responsive. Tender No 18/2026/PB will be submitted by adopting the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure. The deadline for tender receipt is 10 November 2026 before 1400 hrs, with tender opening at 1430 hrs on the same day.
