Supply of Bitumen, Sand, Crush for Surfacing and Special Repair to Toilets at Railway Stations Rawalpindi

Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites bids from approved contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List for civil and electrical works under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division). The procurement is for two main works in Rawalpindi division: Items being procured: - Supply of Bitumen, sand, crush for surfacing of L.xing in the section of AEN-Jhelum - Special Repair to Toilets at Railway Stations Taraki, Bakrala, Domali, Kaluwal, Kala Gujran, Sarai Alamgir, Choha Kariala, Kharian City & Chak Pirana on LLM-RWP Section The scope includes supply of construction materials such as bitumen, sand, and crush for surfacing works, along with special repair works to toilets at multiple railway stations across the Rawalpindi division. The contract duration for both works is three months. Bidders must be registered with PEC under relevant civil and electrical codes and must be on the FBR ATL. Bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, till 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained.
