Repair and Maintenance of Buildings No. 195, 196, 199, 200 and Block Building No. 179 Ord Centre at Karachi

Additional Chief Engineer 5 Corps Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors and issuance of tender documents for repair and maintenance works at various buildings under the area of responsibility of ACE 5 Corps. The specific works include repair and maintenance of Building No. 195, 196, 199, 200 (Trainees SM Bk, 128 Men) and Block Building No. 179 at Ord Centre Karachi. Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance of Building No. 195 - Repair / Maintenance of Building No. 196 - Repair / Maintenance of Building No. 199 - Repair / Maintenance of Building No. 200 (Trainees SM Bk, 128 Men) - Repair / Maintenance of Block Building No. 179 Ord Centre The scope covers civil repair and maintenance works at the specified buildings located at Liaquat Barracks Karachi. Interested firms must provide MES Enlistment Certificates (Category A to D), valid PEC registration up to 30 June 2027, active Income Tax Registration Certificate, and a list of completed and ongoing works. Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Tenders must be submitted to the Additional Chief Engineer 5 Corps by 12 October 2026 till 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day. Firms are encouraged to attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
