Tender Description
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids through EPADS for the fiscal year 2026-27 from eligible firms enlisted with C&W Department and Pakistan Engineering Council. The procurement follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Rokhana Qabail Integrated Development Package for District Khyber (2026-27) with packages PKG-1, PKG-2, PKG-4, PKG-5
- Multi Sectoral Development Package for Jamrud (2026-27) with packages PKG-1, PKG-2, PKG-3, PKG-4, PKG-5, PKG-6
The works require firms with PEC categories ranging from C-3 to C-5 and above, with bid security and tender fees as specified per package. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS by 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical scope includes integrated development and multi-sectoral works in the Jamrud area, requiring compliance with C&W standards and KPPRA rules.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the required category, updated FBR and KPRA registration, and submission of earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipts from scheduled banks. Joint ventures are allowed as per C&W and KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit separate technical proposals for each package clearly mentioning the scheme name and number.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of C&W Highway Division Khyber. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions, including the requirement for affidavits affirming the authenticity of CDRs and compliance with all government duties and taxes.
One practical tip: Ensure all required documents, including the affidavit on stamp paper and updated registrations, are complete and uploaded on EPADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
