Procurement of Aerator Paddle Wheel, Root Blower, Solar Submersible Pump, Wooden Rack, Solar System, Inverted Microscope, Embankment Excavation, Generator

The Director General (Fisheries), Punjab, Lahore invites E-Bids for procurement of various items and works as per approved specifications. The procurement is for the fisheries department located at 9-A Bahawalpur Road, Chauburji, Lahore. Items being procured: - Aerator Paddle Wheel (4 units) - 7.5 HP Root Blower for Outdoor Mass Algae and Starter Culture (4 units) - Solar Submersible Pump (15 HP) (1 unit) - Wooden White Rack along with Fluorescent Lights for Primary Stock of Micro-algae (2 units) - 5 KVA Solar System with Lithium Batteries Backup (2 units) - Inverted Microscope with Camera Software and Display Facility (1 unit) - Embankment/Pond Excavation (1 lot) - Generator (30-40 KVA) (1 unit) - Generator (40 KVA) (1 unit) The technical scope includes supply and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment for fisheries operations, including solar power systems, pumps, microscopes, and excavation works. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Department, and Provincial Sales Tax authorities. GST/NTN numbers and professional tax certificates as mentioned in the tender documents are mandatory. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 14-10-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Bid Security/CDR.
