Repair and Maintenance Civil and Electrical/Mechanical Works in Orakzai District

The Public Health Engineering Division Orakzai invites electronic bids through E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) for repair and maintenance works in Orakzai District. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Items being procured: - AOM&R Civil Work at Ghiljo District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - AOM&R Civil Work at Kalaya District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8.00 Million) - AOM&R Electrical/Mechanical Work at Ghiljo District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - AOM&R Electrical/Mechanical Work at Kalaya District Orakzai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.00 Million) The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works as well as electrical and mechanical repairs in the specified districts. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories CE-09 for civil and EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, and ME-07 for electrical, mechanical, and solar works. Financial soundness, relevant experience, and required equipment are mandatory. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is required as per KP-PRA notification.
