Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites E-bids for special repair and construction works under Composite Schedule Rates 2016 (Workshops Division). Items being procured: - Special repair to damaged RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 14 (14 Units) Dars Colony in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 26 (17 units) in New Military Barracks in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 27 (17 units) in New Military Barracks in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 7 (17 units) in Old Military Barracks in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 678 (10 units) in Dars Colony in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 234 (10 units) in Dars Colony in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Special repair to damaged roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 827 (10 Units) Baja Line Colony in the Section of IOW/South MGPR - Construction of New 07 Nos Premium Shops near Post Office in the Section of IOW/South MGPR The technical scope covers repair and raising of RCC roofs and floors in multiple staff blocks and construction of new shops within the Moghalpura Workshops. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have a valid/active NTN and GST number. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) along with scanned Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by Scheduled Bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura. Original Bid Security must be submitted in the office of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura. Only bids submitted on E-PADS before 11:00 hours on 09-09-2026 will be entertained. Tender documents are available free of cost at http://e-procue.gov.pk. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any bid or tender at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules.
