Repair and Maintenance (Civil & E&M) Works in Rooms No 321-D, 325-A, 326-A, 643-A, 454-A, 401-C, 443-A and 328-D at Executive Office Building, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate, invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance (Civil & Electrical & Mechanical) works in multiple rooms (No 321-D, 325-A, 326-A, 643-A, 454-A, 401-C, 443-A and 328-D) at the Executive Office Building located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Painting old surfaces including corrugated surfaces and patent roofing with oil paint (first and subsequent coats) - Preparing surfaces and lacquer polish to reveal wooden grains with multiple coats of wood sealer and sanding - Providing and fixing PVC double layer switch kit face plates with specified switch holes including switches and sockets from approved manufacturers - Providing and fixing roller blinds of approved shade and quality including all accessories - Upholstery of sofa sets (3 seater, 2 seater & single seater) with approved quality cloth and materials - Re-upholstery of office visitor chairs with approved quality cloth and materials - Providing and placement of indoor plants with artificial planters - Providing and placement of leather sofa sets (3+1+1) - Providing and laying Persian carpet of best quality and approved color shade - Providing and placement of wooden coat hanger stand, duly polished - Providing and fixing door handle lock of approved quality - Providing and fixing LED ceiling lights 2"x2" 40/50 watt Philips or equivalent including connections and labor - Providing and placement of crystal table lamps as per approved samples The scope covers civil and electrical maintenance works in specified rooms at the Executive Office Building. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on the same day after submission deadline. The estimated cost of the contract is approximately Rs. 1.08 million. The contract duration is 15 days from commencement.
