Repair, Maintenance, and Construction Works under Military Engineer Services Lahore Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, and construction works under the scope of PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2014. These works are to be executed under the supervision of Commander MES (Army) Lahore Cantt (AOR). The items involved include: - Repair and maintenance of miscellaneous residential and non-residential accommodation works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Construction of lavatory blocks, POL stores, 2x Kote and guard rooms under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Construction of miscellaneous works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Minor and abnormal repair works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Repair and maintenance of 'D' and 'E' type flats, bungalows, officers and JCOs/ soldiers accommodation works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Upgradation of electrical and sewerage works at Lahore under CMES (A) Lhr AOR - Repair and maintenance of 15 x sheds in 10 Div, repair and maintenance of 6 x sheds in 11 Div, roof treatment of 12 x blocks of AB apartments under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Miscellaneous B/R, water supply, filtration plant, replacement of cartridge filter for 67 x filtration plants and requisition for hypo chlorination and T/well, Sui gas, external services, road/patch work, boundary wall and deposit works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Miscellaneous sewing works, main hole covers, upgradation of external services, security, staff lots, installation of cantt OXE 4400 exchangers, road work, boundary wall, deposit and FGEI building works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) - Provision of bazaar supply materials B/R, E/M and water supply items under CMES (A) Lhr - TC B/R, water supply, Sui gas, external electrical, internal electric works under CMES (A) Lhr (AOR) The contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along with their complete credentials as shown at serial 7. Only firms with sufficient experience and relevant field credentials will be issued tender documents. Applications must reach the office before 18 September 2026. Tenders will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 21 September 2026. The tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 28 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with government departments or courts and no special report is pending against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Only contractors on the approved list of MES in Category 'B', 'C', and 'D' and above with relevant experience should apply.
