Repair and Maintenance of Defence Division Vehicles for Financial Year 2026-28

The Ministry of Defence (Defence Division) invites bids for the repair and maintenance of its vehicles for the major financial years 2026-28. This opportunity is open to experienced and reputable auto workshops and service providers based in Rawalpindi and surrounding areas. The scope covers comprehensive repair, overhaul, painting, denting, body making, and mechanical/electrical works for a wide range of official vehicles. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles (all types, including mechanical, electrical, body, and paint work) - Overhaul and replacement of vehicle parts as required - Painting, denting, and body fabrication for vehicles - Supply and installation of genuine spare parts and accessories The technical scope includes all necessary repairs to ensure vehicles remain operational and in good condition throughout the contract period. Only those workshops with a minimum of 15 years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance will be considered. Bidders must be registered with the Ministry of Defence (Defence Division) and possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and be active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of at least 30,000 PKR in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. All relevant documents, including workshop registration, experience certificates, and proof of tax compliance, must be submitted with the bid.
