Repair and Maintenance/Engine Overhauling and Other Electrical and Mechanical Works of Hino Dumper in TMC Manghopir Town Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance including engine overhauling and other electrical and mechanical works of a Hino dumper in TMC Manghopir Town Karachi. This tender is specifically for experienced firms in the relevant field with valid PEC registration in C-06 & above category and relevant specialization. The scope of work includes the following items: - Engine Overhauling work including P/F Ring Set, P/F Piston Set, P/F Salve Set, P/F Main & Began Set, P/F Head Valve & Guide with Set, P/F Packing Kit, P/F Oil Filter, P/F Diesel Filter, Engine Oil 40/50 14 liter, Magic Tube, Head Seal, P/F Oil Pump, Timing Seal, Timing Belt Connecting Rod, Atomizer Pump Service, Fuel Ignition Pump Service, Crank Shaft, Engine Canopy with labor and vehicle rent from site to workshop - Machine work of engine block head including valve seat making, valve & guide grinding, seating, head facing, crank shaft turning, polishing, main & began seating, silver ring & piston seating - P/F New Battery 130 AMP (Equivalent Exide/Osaka) with 3 new terminals - Repair and maintenance work of generator main armature - P/F New Brake booster Kit - P/F New Central Bolt for Wheel - Repair and maintenance work of brake including replacement of four side 16 leather/brake shoes, master cylinder & brake cylinder with opening and refitting charges - P/F Water Body Complete (Imported) - P/F New Glass 3 sides of driver cabin with new glass kit - P/F New complete wiring for lights and electrical cards with new front & back lights - Complete wheel service four side with replacement of broken bearing 2 Nos - P/F Radiator Strainer and fix on already available bottom (locally made) The tender requires submission of bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of T.M.C. (West). The contract period is 45 days with a penalty of Rs. 500 per day for delay. The successful bidder will also furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the sanctioned cost. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, bank statement, relevant experience, and turnover of at least three years. Electrical installation work must comply with Rule 48 of Electricity Rules 1937 and require a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License. Bids will be received and opened at the office of the Executive Engineer (M&E), TMC Manghopir (West), Sector 11-E, Shahra-E-Orangi, Orangi Town Karachi. Tender documents can be obtained during office hours upon submission of application and tender cost pay order. Late bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010.
