Providing and Fixing / Repairing and Maintenance Of Street Light 50 Watt Union Committee 16 Ward 01 TMC Manghopir West Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi invites sealed bids for the Providing and Fixing / Repairing and Maintenance of Street Light 50 Watt at Union Committee 16 Ward 01 in TMC Manghopir West Karachi. This tender is issued under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2013) and requires firms with adequate experience in the relevant field to participate. Items being procured: - P/L of (Main & Sub Main PVC insulated and PVC Sheeted with single core copper conductor 300/500 volts size 3/.029) approx. 4300 meters - Providing & Fixing of Street Light LED 50 Watt, 190 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of 10-Amps switch On/Off system with Board, 190 Nos. - Providing/Fixing of IPC (Connector) Best Quality for connection of existing light from main supply, 750 Nos. - Providing/Fixing of PVC Tape for connection best quality, 25 Nos. The scope includes supply and installation of electrical materials as per site requirements and instructions of the Engineering In-charge. The work will be carried out at the specified location in Karachi with a contract period of 45 days. The contractor must hold a valid PEC license in C-06 or above category with relevant specialization, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, and demonstrate relevant experience with a minimum turnover of three years. Additionally, compliance with Rule 48 of Electricity Rules 1937 is mandatory, requiring a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License. The tender documents can be obtained from the TMC Manghopir (West) office during office hours upon submission of an application on the firm's letterhead along with a Pay Order of Rs. 2000 in favor of T.M.C. (West). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee must be enclosed with the tender. Incomplete or conditional tenders will be rejected. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the sanctioned cost at the time of agreement, which will be released after completion of work. Retention money of 5% will be deducted from the bills and released after the maintenance period. Bids must be submitted by 15-10-2026 at 12:00 PM at the Executive Engineer (M&E) Office, TMC Manghopir (West), Sector 11-E, Shahra-e-Orangi, Orangi Town Karachi. The tender opening will take place on 16-10-2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Late submissions will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
