Repair and Maintenance of Excavators EX-210 (1&2) and EX-110 by Patfeeder Canal Division

The Patfeeder Canal Division in Dera Murad Jamali invites bids from eligible bidders for the repair and maintenance of excavators EX-210 (1&2) and EX-110 for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Excavators EX-210 (1&2) - Repair and Maintenance of Excavator EX-110 The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE04(v) for irrigation only. The bidder must have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least PKR 10,204,600 in the last three years demonstrating financial capacity. A CDR amounting to 2% of the estimated cost and a green challan of Rs. 1000 are required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication until 05 October 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 05 October 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Pat Feeder Canal at Dear Murad Jamali. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% as specified. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
