The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance of Family Suites No. F-305 at Parliament Lodges, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling glazed or encaustic tiles (10 Sqm) - Cement plaster 1:4 up to 20' height, ½" thick (10 Sqm) - Providing and laying ceramic tiles dado of Master brand (10 Sqm) - Providing and fitting European Coupled set of Water Closet and flushing Cistern of PORTA brand (2 Nos) - Providing and fitting glazed earthenware water closet, squatter type (2 Nos) - Providing and fixing floor trap of cast iron with concrete chamber (3 Nos) - Providing and fixing stainless steel sink with drain board 120x60 cm (1 Nos) - Providing/Fixing Gas water heater (Geyser) of specified capacity (1 Sqm) - Providing and laying flooring with China Verona Marble (3.89 Sqm) - Providing and fixing PVC concealed switch kit box (24 Nos) - Providing and fixing PVC double layer switch kit face plates with switches/sockets (various quantities) - Supply and erection of tube light including frame and wiring (7 Nos) - Providing and fixing copper winded exhaust fans of various sizes (multiple Nos) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DCs inverter type split AC units, heat and cool (1.5 ton and 2 ton capacities) - Supply and fixing PVC/uPVC ceiling/panelling sheets 1.5mm thick (170 Sqm) - Providing and fixing PVC kitchen cabinets and base cabinets with SS handles and hinges (various Sqft) - Supply of Master Molty Foam double and single size mattresses (1 and 2 Nos) - Providing and fixing imported wall lights, hanging lights, round surface mounted SMD lights, and wrought iron chandeliers with LED bulbs (various Nos) - Providing and fitting imported vanity including bracket set and waste coupling (2 Nos) - Providing and fixing bathroom accessories 7-piece set Master brand (2 sets) - Providing and fitting 7 pieces bath set CP as per Engineer's satisfaction (2 sets) The scope includes all materials, installation, testing, and commissioning as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. The work site is located at Parliament Lodges, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
