Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair maintenance of House No.34-H located on School Road Sector F-6/3 in Islamabad under the Capital Development Authority's Maintenance Division No.III (SB). The project involves civil repair works requiring experienced contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid C-6 category or above. Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-6 or higher and be compliant with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. Submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in favor of the Deputy Director Maintenance III (SB), CDA, is mandatory. The tender process follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004, and all bidders must upload scanned copies of required documents on the E-PADS portal.
The submission deadline is set for 26th January 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bids will be opened publicly at the office of the Director Maintenance, CDA, located at the old Naval Head Quarter Sector G-6 Melody Islamabad. Only firms registered on the E-PADS portal are eligible to participate, and no hard copies of bidding documents will be issued.
