Repair and Maintenance Services for IT Equipment, Air Conditioners, CCTV, LED TVs, Communication Items, Solar System, Generators, Electrical and Misc Machinery by Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi

The Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control Government of Pakistan invites pre-qualification proposals for repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026/27. The scope includes repair and maintenance of Computer Hardware and IT Equipment, Air Conditioners, CCTV Cameras along with NVRs, Cables and accessories, LED TVs, Communication items and miscellaneous items, Solar System, Generators, Siemens Exchange Hipath 3800 and Panasonic Exchange, Transformers, Photostat Machines, Comlab Jammer, and miscellaneous machinery items. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of Computer Hardware/ IT Equipment - Repair/maintenance of Air Conditioners - Repair/maintenance of CCTV Cameras alongwith NVRs, Cables and its accessories - Repair/maintenance of LED TVs - Repair/maintenance of Communication items & Misc items - Repair/maintenance of Solar System - Repair/maintenance of Generators - Repair/maintenance of Siemens Exchange Hipath 3800 and Panasonic Exchange - Repair/maintenance of Transformers - Repair/maintenance of Photostat Machines - Repair/maintenance of Comlab Jammer - Repair/maintenance of Misc Machinery items Bidding will be conducted through a Framework Agreement as per PPRA rules. A fixed bid security of Rs 5,000 is required, addressed to HQ ANF Rawalpindi, and must be submitted against each category. Hard copies of bid security should be presented before opening of tenders. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA EPADS portal and the Anti Narcotics Force website. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on EPADS are eligible to purchase bidding documents. Bids must be submitted on EPADSv2.0 latest by 04 September 2026 at 1000 hours. No tender will be accepted after the cut-off date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and ANF website. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification. Firms should preferably be authorized dealers of the mentioned categories in Pakistan and capable of providing all types of repair and maintenance services to the Headquarters.
