Repair and Maintenance of RCC Boundary Wall, Perimeter Steel Fencing, Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage Manholes, Wastewater Tank, UPVC Doors and Paint Work at Khairpur Special Economic Zone

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company invites eligible contractors and firms for repair and maintenance works at Khairpur Special Economic Zone. The scope includes repair and maintenance of the RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage and sewerage manholes network, cleaning of the underground wastewater tank / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), installation and repair of UPVC doors, and paint work of the administration block. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall - Perimeter steel fencing - Desilting/cleaning of storm water drainage - Cleaning of sewerage manholes network - Cleaning of underground wastewater tank / STP - UPVC doors - Paint work of admin block The technical scope covers civil repair and maintenance works including structural and finishing works at the specified site. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, and comply with all eligibility criteria. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method under SPP Rules 2010. Tender documents are available free of cost from 27th October 2026 on the official website www.sezmc.gos.pk. Bidders must be registered with the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and submit their bids online through the EPADS portal. A bid security of PKR 470,000 in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically at the SEZMC office on or before 11:00 am, 12th November 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon. For bidders, ensure timely submission of bid security at the SEZMC office to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of documents and EPADS registration is recommended to meet the deadline smoothly.
