Repair, Maintenance, Replacement and Miscellaneous Minor Works at Sector E-8 Islamabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites contractors to submit lump sum or measurement tenders for repair, maintenance, replacement, and miscellaneous minor works at Sector E-8 Islamabad. This tender is a valuable opportunity for contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' and above, as well as approved contractors from departments such as Central/Provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, and WAPDA with a tendering limit of Rs. 25 million or above. The work must be completed within one month from the date specified in the first written work order. Contractors must provide proof of enlistment, a list of executed works with details, a list of moveable and immovable assets supported by certificates, a list of tools and plant owned, and any other relevant information supporting their suitability. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated contract value in the form of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged to GE (N) Maint Islamabad. The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted, but may be forfeited if a non-bonafide tender is submitted. Applications must include details of works currently in hand. Only one tender per contractor or firm is allowed, and close relations are prohibited from tendering for the same work. The security deposit for non-enlisted contractors is Rs. 199,980/-. The accepting officer is GE (N) Maint Islamabad. Applications for pre-qualification and tender issuance must be received by 15 October 2026. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified contractors on or after this date.
