Repair and Replacement Works of HVAC System at CMH/PEMH Rawalpindi

The Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for repair and replacement works related to HVAC and other civil and electrical works at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) and Pak Emirates Military Hospital (PEMH) Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair / Replacement / Maintenance of HVAC system - Roof Treatment Works - Proven Miscellaneous Facilities - Additional Works - External Services - Civil and Electrical Works at CMH / PEMH Rawalpindi - Replacement of AHU's Filter of HVAC System at CMH / PEMH Rawalpindi The contractors are required to submit their applications to CMES (A) Hosps Regime Rawalpindi along with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Only firms with sufficient experience and security clearance will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit registration copies. Contractors on approved MES lists in categories B, C, and D with relevant experience are eligible. Earnest money and other PPRA rules apply as per Para 33 (i). Tenders must be received by 22 October 2026 at 1150 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hrs.
