Repair/Maintenance of NCCIA Building No 12 Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the procurement of work titled 'Repair/Maintenance of NCCIA Building No 12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad' through the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding system. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance works for NCCIA Building No 12 located at Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, Islamabad The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit as specified in the bidding documents. All bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk for registered bidders. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, 02 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. This tender is managed by the Capital Development Authority in Islamabad. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration and bid security requirements.
