Tender Description
The Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (North), Islamabad, is seeking qualified repair workshops for the repair and maintenance of office furniture, fixtures, machinery, hardware, IT equipment, and office building. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and Rawalpindi based firms with proven capabilities in timely repair and maintenance services. The scope includes all types of office furniture and fixtures, machinery, hardware, IT equipment, and related building repairs. Interested firms must have at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrate sound financial standing. They must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The prequalification process requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 20,000 in favor of the DDO Directorate of PCA (North), Islamabad. The minimum qualifying score for firms is 70 out of 100 marks, based on experience, work history with government departments, availability of tools and equipment, registration status, financial soundness, and warranty commitments. The deadline for submission and detailed instructions are available through the E-Procurement (E-PADS) System and the PPRA website. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documents and certifications are included. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their GST and NTN registrations are active and verifiable on the FBR ATL to avoid disqualification. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for established workshops to secure government contracts in the Islamabad Capital Territory.
