Repair and Maintenance Services for Police Department Lahore for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Police Department (Operations Wing) Lahore is inviting bids for a framework contract covering repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is open to well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable), and Professional Tax authorities. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through an open competitive bidding process on a lot-wise basis. Items being procured: - Tent & Tarpaulins including Repair - Others Buildings - Repair of Transport (Purchase Batteries, Tyres, Air Filters & Oil Filters) - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Furniture Fixture The scope includes repair and maintenance of tents and tarpaulins, various buildings, transport vehicles including purchase of batteries, tyres, air and oil filters, machinery and equipment, as well as furniture fixtures. The work will be executed in Lahore under the supervision of the Police Department Operations Wing. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC categories, be registered with FBR and ATL, and provide technical brochures or samples for evaluation. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of DIG/Operations Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Performance Guarantee of 1% to 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system before 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA and EPADS websites. Late submissions will not be entertained.
