Repair and Maintenance of RCC Boundary Wall, Perimeter Steel Fencing, Desilting and Cleaning of Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage Manholes/Network, and Underground Wastewater Tank / STP Tank at Khairpur Special Economic Zone

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) Karachi invites qualified contractors for the repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage, sewerage manholes/network, and cleaning of underground wastewater tank / STP tank at Khairpur Special Economic Zone (KSEZ). This tender is specifically for civil works including excavation, concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, metal works, and waterproofing as detailed in the bill of quantities and specifications. Items being procured: - Excavation, backfilling and dewatering (9,375 CFT) - Lean concrete (1:4:8) (1,280 CFT) - RCC concrete (1:2:4) for footing, column, plinth beam (total approx. 4,403 CFT) - Solid brick masonry wall 9" and 13" thick (approx. 11,409 CFT) - Stone pitching in bed (950 CUM) - Cement sand plaster 12 mm thick (22,140 SQ.FT) - High yield deformed reinforcement steel bars Grade-60 (13.5 Tons) - Repair and fabrication of perimeter steel fence panels (30 Nos) - Desilting of sewerage manholes (135 Nos) - Loading and offsite disposal of toxic silt/sludge (15 Trips) - Sludge and slurry dewatering of underground wastewater/STP tanks (1,200 CFT) - Earthwork/backfilling for pathways (54,746 CFT) The scope includes all materials, labor, tools, plant, and equipment necessary for the complete execution of the works as per approved drawings and specifications. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C5 or above (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10), hold valid NTN and SRB registration, and be active taxpayers. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. A bid security of PKR 300,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Bank Draft is required to be submitted physically at SEZMC office by 11:00 am on 22nd September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon at SEZMC office, 2nd Floor, Block A, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi. The contract duration is 45 days from the date of commencement. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of 5% of the contract price. Technical qualification requires minimum 70 points based on financial soundness, work experience, methodology, key personnel, and equipment.
