The scope includes all labor, materials, taxes, tools, plant, equipment, and transport necessary for full execution and completion of the works. The contractor will coordinate with the Engineer Incharge and ensure compliance with specifications and directions.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum of two years relevant experience, valid registration with tax authorities and EPADs, no blacklisting, and submission of bid security amounting to PKR 120,000 in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft. Vendors must provide verifiable proof of at least two corporate clients and meet technical evaluation requirements with a minimum of 60 points.

Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
The contract period is 30 days from the issuance of the work order. Liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays. Payment will be made through running bills subject to verification and applicable taxes. A six-month defect liability/warranty period applies.
