Tender Description

The Local Government & CDD Civil Division Rawalpindi invites tenders on an item-wise rate basis for various construction and improvement works in Rawalpindi District. The works include road and street construction, allied civil works, and water supply line installation. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must not hold a lower category registration. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab E-procurement system by 29.09.2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening on the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Construction of Road / Streets & other allied works in Bountrilla, Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi (Cost: 6.000 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 300,000 PKR) - Construction / Improvement of Noel Azeem, Samuel Road, Shalom Colony, Tehsil Taxila, District Rawalpindi (Cost: 5.000 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 250,000 PKR) - Construction of Road / Street & allied work in Catholic Church Maryam Town, Mouza Jarry, Chakri, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi (Cost: 3.500 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 175,000 PKR) - Construction of Street and water supply line in Ch. Nazeer Block, UC Morgah, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi (Cost: 20.000 Million PKR, Earnest Money: 1,000,000 PKR) The scope covers civil construction and allied works as per Government of Punjab specifications and Punjab Procurement Rules. No cutting or amendment in bids is allowed except through the electronic system. Earnest money of 5% is required with bids, and successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount. The tender documents are available through Punjab E-procurement and PPRA websites. Bidders should ensure FBR/ATL registration and compliance with PPRA rules. The tender opening committee and contractors or their representatives may attend the bid opening.
