Repair & Maintenance Services of Office Building, Residential Building, Machinery & Equipment at ASF Garrison Sukkur Airport

The Airport Security Force (ASF) Garrison Sukkur Airport invites applications for repair and maintenance services of office and residential buildings, machinery, and equipment. This includes repair of air conditioners, generators, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, bracket fans, pedestal fans, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric water motors, electric water dispensers, water filtration plant, walk-through gates, and screening machines. Additionally, furniture and fixture items such as wooden office chairs, cushion chairs, wooden tables, steel tables, steel almirah/cabinets, sofa sets, dining tables, and dining chairs are included. The scope also covers single/double steel beds, charpoy tubular frame polishing work, repair and maintenance of government vehicles including AC of government motor transport vehicles, purchase of batteries/tyres with servicing, mechanical repairs, and replacement of parts as required. Further, repair of computer hardware, water tankers, purchase of drugs and medicines, and transportation charges for the fiscal year 2026-27 are part of the contract. Vehicles, AC of Govt. MT Vehicles - Purchase of Batteries/Tyre including Servicing, Mechanical Repairs and Replacement of Parts - Repair of Computers Hardware - Water Tankers - Purchase of Drug & Medicines - Transportation Charges for the year 2026-27 Applicants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN & GST and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Applications are to be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PADs web portal http://eprocure.gov.pk in a sealed envelope format before the closing time. Technical and financial bids must be duly filled and attached with requisite information as per pre-qualification documents. The sealed bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time. ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids due to cogent reasons. Financial instruments found fake or dishonored will lead to blacklisting and legal action.
