Repair and Maintenance Services for Vehicles, Hardware, IT Equipment, Machinery, Furniture, and Event Arrangements

The Ministry of Economic Affairs Islamabad invites pre-qualification bids for repair and maintenance services during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of official vehicles/motorcycles of different makes such as Suzuki, Toyota, and Honda - Repair/maintenance of hardware items i.e. computers, printers - Repair/maintenance of IT equipment i.e. laptops, IT servers - Repair/maintenance of machinery equipment i.e. photocopiers, fax machines, air conditioners, electric geysers, water dispensers, brackets/pedestals, exhaust fans - Repair/maintenance of furniture and fixtures - Arrangements of working/buffet lunch, dinner, hi-tea, and rooms for stay of foreign delegation at a five-star hotel in Islamabad (preferably in red zone area) along with related arrangements for multilateral and bilateral meetings/JMC/IGC with delegates The technical scope requires firms to have their own complete setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for repair, maintenance, and services in the specified fields. Genuine parts must be installed and replaced items must be returned with warranty. Firms must be able to carry out work immediately, including odd hours, and take items for repair at their own risk if needed. The tender requires firms to have at least 5 years of experience with federal government departments, valid GST and NTN registration, and to provide a client list.
