Repair, Maintenance, Servicing and Descaling of Chiller No.1 & 2 Installed at Executive Building, Islamabad

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the repair, maintenance, servicing, and descaling of Chiller No.1 & 2 installed at the Executive Building, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Descaling, servicing, and overhauling of Screw type Air cooled chiller 175-Ton including condenser, evaporator, cooling coils, compressor chambers, sensors - Replacement of Filter Drier cartridges (4 each) - Replacement of Oil Filter with necessary materials (4 each) - Replacement of Compressor Oil imported as per user manual (100 liters) - Supply and fixing of various thermistor sensors compatible with Daikin Air-Cooled Inverter Screw Chiller (9 each) - Supply and charging of Refrigerant R-134a Honeywell USA (4 each) - Replacement of defective rubber gas kit of all service doors (2 jobs) - Calibration of controls, sensors, adjustment of gauges, setting main control panel parameters (2 jobs) - Programming of main microcontroller of Chiller, bug removal, commissioning and testing (2 jobs) - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-efficiency GreenTech EC Axial Fan Assembly for Chiller No.2 (2 jobs) The scope includes chemical cleaning, replacement of filters and oils, sensor installation, refrigerant charging, calibration, programming, and fan assembly installation. All works must be completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge at the Executive Building site in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR registration, and submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or a bid securing declaration.
