The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) invites sealed bids for the construction and repair of paving block roads and streets at various locations in UC # 104, TMC Sachal Sarmast, Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Construction and repair of paving block road and street at various places in UC # 104, TMC Sachal Sarmast, HMC The technical scope covers excavation, dismantling, dressing and leveling of earthwork, cement concrete works, providing and fixing cement paving blocks with specified strength and dimensions, erection and removal of centering, and other related civil works. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, NTN certificate, SRB certificate, and registration on E-PADs under SPPRA rules. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order in favor of DEPOSIT FUND FOR SECURITY HMC is mandatory. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal.
