Repair, Maintenance and Supply of Spare Parts for Tourist Police Vehicles Baltistan Range

The Tourist Police Baltistan Range Skardu invites sealed bids under GB PPRA Rules 2022 from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for Tourist Police vehicles (four and two wheelers) for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for Tourist Police vehicles - Supply of spare parts for four-wheelers - Supply of spare parts for two-wheelers The technical bids will be opened in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives at the Tourist Police Office Baltistan Range Skardu. Financial proposals will remain sealed until technical evaluation is complete. The lowest technically qualified bid will be accepted. Disqualified firms' financial proposals will be returned unopened. Bids must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 39 (b) of GB PPRA Rules 2022. Technical proposals must include bidding documents, earnest money, sales tax and income tax certificates. Financial proposals must quote rates inclusive of all taxes and charges on the firm's letterhead. Successful bidders must deposit 10% of the contract cost as Performance Guarantee in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of DDO Tourist Police Baltistan Range Skardu. This guarantee will be refunded upon successful contract completion. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria can be collected from the Tourist Police Baltistan Range office in Skardu on written request on the firm's letterhead along with a bid document fee of Rs. 4000/- during office hours. If the tender date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit of Rs. 125,000/- from a scheduled bank in the name of DDO Tourist Police Baltistan Range Skardu is mandatory. Bids without this security will be rejected.
