Repair and Maintenance of Telecom Towers including Bulbs Maintenance at SSGC Karachi Terminal

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for the repair and maintenance of annual telecom towers including bulbs maintenance at Karachi Terminal and other specified locations such as RS-Khadeji, RS-5, HQ-Dadu, HQ-Shikarpur, HQ-Sibbi, HQ-1, HQ-3, and RS-T.M.Khan. The contract involves changing faulty tower bulbs (LED 12 to 24 Watt AC screw type), ceramic holders, and related materials except for flasher light bulbs which will be provided by SSGC. The scope includes strict adherence to HSE manual guidelines and use of appropriate PPE by tower riggers. The contract is for one year with possible extension for two additional terms subject to satisfactory performance. Bidders must be registered with PEC holding category C-6 or above with subcategory EE07 or EE08. Suppliers must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in tower rigging related jobs. The tender follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under PPRA rules. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 20,000 is required in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of SSGC. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal and the physical bid bond must be submitted to the tender room at SSGC Head Office Karachi before the deadline. The original bid submission deadline was 18 June 2026 but has been extended to 09 July 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bids will be publicly opened online at 12:00 hours on the same day.
