Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for the repair and maintenance of telecom towers under an annual maintenance contract at Karachi Terminal and other specified locations including RS-Khadeji, RS-5, HQ-Dadu, HQ-Shikarpur, HQ-Sibbi, HQ-1, HQ-3, and RS-T.M.Khan. The contract involves replacement of LED bulbs (12 to 24 Watt AC screw type), ceramic holders, and other materials for faulty tower bulbs except flasher light bulbs and their holders which will be provided by SSGC. The scope includes strict adherence to HSE manual guidelines and use of appropriate PPE by tower riggers. The contract duration is one year with possible extension for two additional terms subject to satisfactory performance.
Bidders must be registered with PEC holding category C-6 or above with subcategory EE07 or EE08. They must also be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and have relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in tower rigging related jobs. The tender follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under PPRA rules. A fixed bid bond of PKR 20,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of SSGC is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal and the physical bid bond must be delivered to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office Karachi before the deadline.
The bid submission deadline has been extended to 09 July 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bidders should ensure all documents including technical literature, signed and stamped forms, and bid bonds are complete and submitted timely to avoid rejection.
