Tender Description
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Office of the Principal at Govt Boys Degree College Danyore Gilgit, invites tenders from approved government contractors or firms for transport-related services. This tender specifically concerns the repair and maintenance of transport vehicles required by the college. The procurement is based in Gilgit city and aims to ensure the operational efficiency of the college's transport fleet.

The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for transport vehicles, ensuring they remain in good working condition. Contractors must be experienced in transport maintenance and have an established business such as a transport showroom or transport shop located within the district of Gilgit. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Principal at Govt Boys Degree College Muhammad Abad Danyore upon payment of a non-refundable cash amount of Rs. 4000/- as call deposit.
Bidders are required to provide 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit in the name of the Principal Govt Boys Degree College Muhammad Abad Danyore from any scheduled bank. No tender will be accepted after the expiry date fixed for the opening of the tender, which is 02/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. An affidavit on stamp paper must accompany the tender documents, certifying that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or PPRA. Incomplete tender documents will not be accepted. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any bidding offer without assigning any reason.
The last date for submission is 2nd October 2026 by 11:00 AM at the Principal's office. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all terms and conditions.
