Contractors must be registered with PEC and KPPRRA, and submit earnest money and bid security as per terms. Tender forms can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing of NIT. The filled tender form along with original bid securities (2% earnest money and additional CDR if applicable) and detailed rate analysis must be submitted before the closing date through courier to the Tehsil Officer (I&S) TMA Haripur office located at Opposite Old District Courts near Consumer Courts GT Road Haripur City. Bidders quoting bids up to 10% below Engineer's estimate must submit 2% bid security. Bids more than 10% below up to 20% below estimate require 8% additional security plus 2% bid security. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount plus detailed rate analysis or will be considered non-responsive.
