Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, Motor Bikes, Furniture, Plant & Machinery, Computer & Printer, IT Equipment, and Office Building

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination Islamabad invites pre-qualification bids for repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for firms, contractors, and auto workshops based in Islamabad with their own workshops, stocks, and manpower expertise. The scope covers a wide range of repair and maintenance works for official vehicles, motor bikes, furniture, plant and machinery, computer and printer equipment, IT devices, and office building maintenance. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of official vehicles and bikes of different makes such as Suzuki, Toyota, and Honda - Repair/Maintenance of all types of computers, printers, LCD/LED, laptops, CCTV cameras, IT equipment, and office building equipment - Repair/Maintenance of machinery including photocopiers, fax machines, networking equipment, switches, and IT equipment - Repair/Maintenance of air conditioners, fridges, water dispensers, ovens, electric heaters, electric geysers, and fans - Repair/Maintenance of all types of furniture and fixtures including aluminum doors - Repair/Maintenance of all office building related repair work and electric work The technical scope requires firms to have the capability to handle diverse repair and maintenance tasks across vehicles, IT equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure. The work will be carried out at the Ministry’s premises in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with NTN and Sales Tax, be on the active taxpayer list of FBR, and have valid vendor numbers. They must also have telephone and fax facilities for communication. The earnest money required is Rs. 500,000 in the form of a refundable bank draft or pay order in favor of the DDO Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination Islamabad. Bidders must submit their applications through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal as per PPRA regulations. The tender closing date and time is 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
