Repair and Maintenance Works at RIC Building NUST Campus Sector H-12 Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring repair and maintenance works for the RIC Building located at NUST Campus Sector H-12. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves a comprehensive scope of civil and maintenance works including burnt brick work, cement plastering, lean concrete laying, plumbing with PPR and u-PVC pipes, supply and fixing of sanitary fittings such as water closets, vanity bowls, towel rails, and electrical works including fan points and LED panel lights. The project also includes supply and fixing of doors, steel chowkats, glass partitions, and dry partitions with cement boards and GI steel framework.
