Repair and Maintenance Works in Rooms No 106-A, 342-A, 553-A and 633-A at Executive Office Building, Islamabad

The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Authority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance works in rooms No 106-A, 342-A, 553-A and 633-A at the Executive Office Building, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P137253. The works include dismantling wooden partitions, providing and fixing gypsum board ceilings, laying porcelain glazed tiles, painting old surfaces, providing and fixing box type kitchen cabinets, installation of roller blinds, fumigation spray in room 106-A, and placement of an executive revolving chair. Items being procured: - Dismantling wooden partition Jaffry work (76.38 P/Sqm) - Providing and fixing Gypsum Board Ceiling/Bulkhead (76.38 P/Cum) - Providing and laying porcelain glazed tiles (25.25 P/Sqm) - Painting old surfaces including corrugated roofing (419.2 P/Sqm first coat, 419 P/Sqm subsequent coats) - Providing and fixing box type kitchen cabinet with laminated MDF sheets (19.44 P/Sqm) - Providing and fixing roller blinds (101.5 Sft) - Fumigation spray in room 106-A including chemical material and labor (Job) - Providing and placement of executive revolving chair (Each) The technical scope covers all materials and workmanship as per the Bill of Quantities and specifications, including ASTM standards for gypsum boards and approved brands for tiles and other materials.
