Tender Description
The Airports Security Force (ASF) at Jinnah International Airport Karachi (ASF JIAP Karachi) invites bids for the repair and renovation of its office building through a National Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. This procurement is for non-consultancy services related to the repair office building project under contract reference P127075 for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes renovation, repair, waterproofing, painting, and allied civil works at the Pension Cell Office and MT Shed/Office located at ASF Garrison Karachi, Ferozabad Sub-Division, Karachi East District.
Items being procured:
- Roof Leakage Seepage Treatment (450 sqft)
- Paint Work (3500 job units)
- Door & Windows Oil Paint (43 quantity)
- Shed Oil Paint (41.2 sqft)
The technical scope covers waterproofing of the roof with bituminous membrane, application of Gobis Plastic Emulsion paint inside, wall putty, surface preparation, sanding, base coat primer, and oil paint finishing for doors, windows, and sheds. The work requires provision of all materials, labor, tools, and equipment to complete the tasks as per approved BOQ and specifications.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet all criteria including PEC category, FBR/ATL registration, and experience as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM.
