Repair, Outsourcing, Renovation, PPE Supply and Pipeline Works at Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad

Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for multiple works and services at their facility located on Mansehra Road Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Repair of Building Joints, ATH - Outsourcing of Hospital Waste Management Services under PPI Model - Renovation & Upgradation of all wards & its Toilets at main building, ATH - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Hospital Safety Gears for ATH FY 2026-27 - Laying of new GI Pipelines at Ayub Teaching Hospital - External Weather Shield MCHC Building & Rock Wall of ATH The scope covers repair and maintenance of building joints, comprehensive hospital waste management outsourcing, renovation and upgrading of wards and toilets, supply of PPE and safety gears for the fiscal year 2026-27, installation of new galvanized iron pipelines, and construction of external weather shields and rock walls. Bidders must be registered on KP-EPADS and comply with all bidding requirements including submission of bid security in the form of CDR equal to 2% of the bid amount for each lot. Technical bids will be submitted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for most items, except for pipeline laying and external weather shield works which follow Single Stage One Envelope. Earnest money and tender fee of Rs. 1500 (non-refundable) must accompany bids. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16-10-2026 at 10:00 Hrs in the Hospital Director's conference room. Bids must be uploaded through KP-EPADS portal and original hard copies of bid security and tender fee submitted physically before the closing date. The deadline for submission and opening of bids is 04-11-2026 at 10:30 Hrs and 11:00 Hrs respectively. Failure to submit required documents physically will lead to disqualification.
