The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the updated PPRA Regulations, 2024. The work is to be completed within 15 days from the date of award. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 05-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Director Works WASA, located at 316-A Shamsabad Colony, WASA Head Office Multan. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Punjab e-Procurement System, valid PEC category as applicable, and FBR/ATL registration. A digital Bid Security/E-Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 54,370 is required and will be verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount.
